Support to Environmental Conventions

The Division of Environmental Law and Conventions (DELC) provides support to the Secretariat of Multilateral Environmental Agreements (MEAs), Member States, civil society organizations and other partners in promoting the effective implementation of MEAs, through the development of pragmatic tools, provision of technical advice, and capacity building.
