A Tree Planting Story

I am 7 years old and in Primary School, KZN, South Africa. For my 7th birthday on the 28 March 2005, we had a big party with many of friends and cousins.

One of the most important things we did for my birthday was to plant a indigenous tree. It is Hiccup Nut tree.

This was exciting for all the children as they have never done this.
Now all of them want to do the same for their birthdays.

I hope other children around the world can do the same so that more and more trees are planted to help our planet.
