XV - AMENDMENTS AND SUSPENSIONS OF RULES AND PROCEDURE

Rule 70

Any of these rules may be amended or suspended by the Governing Council subject to rules 71 and 72 below.

Rule 71

These rules may not be amended until the Governing Council has received a report on the proposed amendment from a committee or working partly of the Governing Council established for that purpose.

Rule 72

The Governing Council may suspend a rule of procedure provided that twenty-four hours' notice of the proposal for the suspension has been given. The notice may be waived if no member objects.
