PROGRAMME, THE ENVIRONMENT FUND AND ADMINISTRATIVE AND OTHER BUDGETARY MATTERS

1. As decided by the Council at the 1st plenary meeting of the session (see chapter I, para. 0 above), agenda item 9 was taken up in the sessional Committee of the Whole.

2.
