GC Today - 6 February 2007

The third Ministerial-level Consultations were held today followed by 6 parallel ministerial roundtable discussions on “globalization and the environment”. After a presentation before the Committee of the Whole, Dr. R. K. Pachauri, Chair of Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, launched the lastest report by the IPCC.
