Tree Planting in Bambui Village, Cameroon

After attending Tunza UNEP Children’s Conference in Yaoundé-Cameroon (July 30 – August 3 2007), Tatiana decided to keep to the promise made that “each child must plant at least 10 trees every year”. With the support of her parents who gave her 45 trees, she invited some friends to join her in planting the trees on September 1 2007. The trees were planted very early in the morning at about 7:30am. This being a rainy season will provide much water for the young trees to survive.
