Anurag Sinha is an Information Technology Expert and advisor to Government of Grenada, Prime Minister's Ministry, Grenada, West Indies. He has over 9 years of experience in the field of ICT. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Electronics and Telecommunication, MBA in Systems and has a Certificate in One year Executive Program for Development of Strategic Skills (EPDSS) from IIM Calcutta, India, a PhD Candidate in the area of e-Governance from ISM, India. His area of expertise includes Analysis, Design, Development, Deployment, and Training of Customized Software Application. He has been involved with different Ministries and Departments Workflow Automation and State Wide Area Network (SWAN) of the States of India and was involved with the Policy formulation of the different projects as a member in the International Collaboration with different countries including Bulgaria, Australia, Canada, Bangladesh and UAE during his posting with Ministry of Communication and Information Technology Government of India. He leads software development projects from Feasibility Study to Development & Deployment in Multi Operating system environment like Windows, Linux, and UNIX with C-DAC (A Scientific Society, Under Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, Govt. of India). C-DAC deals both with Hardware and Software. It launched the first Parallel Supercomputer PARAM and has made a mark in High Performance Computing, Communication Solutions, E-Governance, Geomatics Information System (GIS), Graphics and Intelligence based Script Technology (GIST) and Tele-medicine. The application ranges from Centralized to Distributed Database with web interface using ICT to bridge gap between the Citizen, Government and Business to provide a new face 24*7 Government.

Since 2005 he has been the Principal Advisor with the Government of Grenada to incorporate ICT and to make the overall system Web Enabled and was appointed as member of Information and Communication Technology Committee (ICTC) by Cabinet which will spearhead the ICT development in Grenada and Nodal officer of the Carricom(Caribbean Community) on ICT.

Stephen is a Barbados based IT consultant working in the field of software development. He has over 19 years IT experience working for consultancies in the Caribbean, Europe and the United States and has worked on a wide range of projects for private industry, tourism and government. Stephen has experience at all stages of the software development cycle, including requirements gathering, systems analysis and design, coding and testing (he holds a certified software test engineer qualification). He also works with IT course and workshop design, and the delivery of training.

His previous positions include IT Manager for Elegant Hotels International (a Barbados based hotel chain); IT consultant with PRT Ltd. (a US based development company operating out of Barbados) and IT consultant with Sopra Group (a European consultancy).

Previous projects that Stephen has worked on include the installation of the IT systems into Turtle Beach Resort in Barbados, the development of an internet based taxi licensing system for government and the development of an on line financial system for Securicor. Currently, he specialises in the development of internet based systems for the Caribbean market.

Stephen's degrees in Biotechnology and Computer Science give him the background to understand the issues surrounding biotechnology and biosafety, the impact these can have on the unique ecology of the Caribbean islands, and how the Biosafety Clearing House can be integrated into a country's biosafety framework.
