              The third meeting of the Global Alliance to Eliminate Lead Paint (GAELP) will be held on Wednesday 24   September 2014, in conjunction with a Workshop on Establishing Legal Limits on Lead in Paint on Monday 22 and Tuesday 23 September 2014.  Both events will be hosted at the WHO Regional Office for South-East Asia  and will take place in New Delhi, India.    

               The purpose of the Third meeting of the Global Alliance is to review progress of actions to eliminate lead paint and to catalyse new activities to implement the Business Plan priorities of the Global Alliance. The Third meeting will also provide a forum to discuss matters that could be brought to the attention of the second session of the Open Ended Working Group which will make preparations for the fourth session of the International Conference on Chemicals Management
