Consultation prior to the Governing Council, 2006 - 2007
In the process leading the UNEP Governing Council/ Global Ministerial Environment Forum (session/forum), the accredited civil society organizations are receiving the unedited working documents of the UNEP session/forum at the same time as the Committee of the Permanent Representatives(CPR).

During the 2006-2007 preparation phase, the CSOs are receiving the following documents and can provide written contributions to the Committee of the Permanent Representatives.
