| As in previous years, we are happy to announce the availability of the Greenroom for major groups and stakeholders organisations during the 11th Special Session of the UNEP GC/GMEF to be held in The Greenroom facility will be available from Tuesday 23rd February (during the 2nd day of the ExCop meeting) to Friday 26th February 2010 (throughout the Special Session of the GC/GMEF) from 9am to 8pm for major groups and stakeholders’ daily briefings, ad-hoc meetings, press events, special events and bilateral meetings with government delegations. The daily time slots from 8-9am are reserved for the morning briefing of all participating major groups and stakeholders, led by the Major Groups Facilitating Committee (MGFC). To book and reserve a time slot in the Greenroom, please fill in the form that is accessible online, including a short paragraph on your meetings’ content and return it latest by Monday 8th February 2010 to civil.society@unep.org.
