About

Carbon Emission Trading Cameroon is specialized in the provision of carbon offset and emission reduction services to both the public and private sector. We have the objective of promoting products, services and enterprises that help combat global warming.

Strategy

Carbon Emission Trading Cameroon has initiated a Climate Change Governance Program comprising the following activities:

  •  A Carbon Free Label that has been registered and protected in sixteen countries of the African Intellectual Rights Organization;
  •  Carbon offset facilities to companies that wish to offset their greehouse gases through forestry,
  •  Climate change reporting and environmental communication.

Carbon Emission Trading Cameroon is working with Yaoundé and Limbe to make them climate neutral cities, thus increasing their touristic value. At least 250 local companies will also participate in the programme.
