Since 2006, under the leadership of Mauro Delloro, General Manager, the Grupo Innova is committed in providing clean renewable energy to Honduras. We believe in Honduras and its people and has been investing though out the country in small and large projects to benefit all through the creation of stable jobs, production of clean energy and most important of all, the active participation of local communities in order to promote and develop their economies.

Mission

To make the best use of  the natural resources in conjunction with state of the art technology in the production of clean renewable energy in order to contribute to the social, economic and general wellbeing of the Honduran population.

Strategy

Grupo Innova responds quickly to fluctuations in demand. A dam's gates can be opened or closed on command, depending on daily use or gradual economic growth in the community. The production of hydroelectricity is often slowed in the night time when people use less energy. When a facility is functioning, no water is wasted or released in an altered state; it simply returns unharmed to continue the hydrologic cycle. The reservoir of water resulting from dam construction, which is essentially stored energy, can support fisheries and preserves, and provide various forms of water-based recreation for locals and tourists. Land owned by our company is often open to the public for hiking, camping, and animal watching. Therefore, "Innova Group reservoirs contribute to local economies and most importantly an extensive global bio-reserve.

Grupo Innova is dedicated to reestablishing the basic fundamentals of balance between nature and modern day life. Honduras is strategically located in the heart of Central America, surrounded by high tropical mountains. The mountainous topography contributes to the diversity of climates thus giving the ideal conditions for investing in clean energy solutions. The sales of carbon reduction certificates provide programs that invest donations toward protecting land and planting trees, both proven ways to reduce greenhouse gases.

Grupo Innova currently runs various hydroelectric power plant projects throughout the country and envisions many more in the coming years. It is renowned for adapting state of the art technology with simplicity in order to preserve, develop and promote clean, renewable energy.
Grupo Innova emphasizes in contributing to the growing needs of the national electric grid in Honduras and offers environmentally friendly energy alternatives though its renewable energy projects and carbon footprint offsetting.
