Innovasians was founded in 2007 by Lizette Smook. InnovAsians has service staff that can conceptualize, develop and ship lifestyle products. Innovasians ‘niche’ products are organic and/or sustainable. Innovasians works closely with its customers to design the best strategy for their business in both ecological and environmental terms. Innovasians assists customers with all aspects of selecting and producing from identifying sourcing strategy to production and packaging, through to inspection and shipment.

A published author (The Competitiveness of the China Textile Apparel Manufacturing Industry, 2003), Smook is frequently quoted in regional media for her key insights on the positioning of the Asian textile supply base in the global market. - work alongside Instep to achieve this
- when consulting current clients (Shangri La globally, Six Senses Spas, Grand Hyatt, Holiday Inn, etc as well as fashion clients Vivienne Tam, etc.) WITH Carbon footprint and Instep management program, being able to provide the technology to achieve the targets they set respectively
- Innovasians will continue to develop and obtain new technologies.
