The Ministry of Environment finalised the National Environmental Action Plan in 2000, which addresses all aspects of the environment. The NEAP incorporates three MEAs: the UNFCCC, the Ozone Agreements (Vienna Convention for the Protection of the Ozone Layer and the g[Montreal Protocol] on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer), and the CBD.
