Interlinkages
The activities of the Interlinkages Unit involves:
- Co-ordination of all work on linkages and synergies within DELC;
- Provision of programmatic support to environmental conventions for strengthening interlinkages and promoting synergies;
- Development and implementation of a systematic approach for co-ordination among Multilateral Environmental Agreements (MEAs);
- Develop a strategic approach to track inconsistencies in the decisions of the COPs of the MEAs;
- Streamlining of national reporting on biodiversity-related conventions and Rio conventions;
- Illegal trade and customs codes issues
