2010–2011 Evaluation Synthesis Report is now available!

The evaluation office has released UNEP’s biennial Evaluation Synthesis Report for 2010–2011 in time for the Special Session of the Governing Council in 2012. This is an intersessional document of the Governing Council and serves as part of the UNEP input to the Secretary-General’s report on evaluation to the General Assembly. The report provides stakeholders such as Governments, UNEP senior management and UNEP partners with an evaluative assessment of UNEP Programme performance in 2010–2011. The main objective of the Evaluation Synthesis Report is to assist UNEP to improve its programme performance through an evaluation of relevance, effectiveness, results achieved and lessons learned.
