Marcus Lee
Marcus Lee is a Programme Officer for Land Assessment with UNEP's Division of Early Warning and Assessment (DEWA). Lee's work currently focuses on land degradation and desertification, and land use and land cover change. Lee was closely involved in the Millennium Ecosystem Assessment (MA), for which he coordinated the MA sub-global assessments which were undertaken at multiple scales worldwide, and co-edited the MA assessment volume on multi-scale assessments.

Marcus Lee holds a Master's degree in development economics from Yale University.
