Matthew Gubb
Matthew Gubb is Coordinator of the secretariat for the Strategic Approach to International Chemicals Management (SAICM). SAICM is a global policy framework adopted by the International Conference on Chemicals Management in February 2006 after a three-year multi-stakeholder and multi-sectoral consultation.
