Sabika Muzaffar
Sabika Muzaffar is a 22-year-old student filmmaker from India, currently pursuing her Post Graduation from National Institute of Design, Ahmedabad, India. Born and brought up in New Delhi, she has graduated with an honours degree in Journalism from University of Delhi. She has been associated with, and written for several national and local publications (newspapers/ magazines) in India.

As far as her association with cinema is concerned, she has directed several short films exploring themes such as food, women’s sexual health, disaster management, public utilities, female sexuality, etc.  She is currently conducting research work for her upcoming documentary project based on adoption. Her last film, based on energy issues in small districts of India is what gave her the opportunity to attend COP17 at Durban. The film was made for Television for the Environment (tve) in association with UNEP.
