Franz Perrez
Franz Xaver Perrez, is Switzerland's Ambassador for the Environment and Head of International Affairs Division of Switzerland's Federal Office for the Environment. He is heading the Swiss delegations in international environmental negotiations such as climate change, biodiversity, chemicals and waste, within UNEP, and in the Rio+20 process. He studied law at the University of Bern School of Law, Université de Paris II and NYU School of Law. Dr. Perrez teaches international environmental law at the University of Bern School of Law.
