Sren E. Ltken
Soren E. Ltken, (PhD) Senior adviser, in the Energy and Carbon Finance program at the UNEP Ris Centre combines an MBA background with experience from 10 years of service in the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

He worked in project finance in Eastern Europe in the 1990s and multilateral finance in before taking a 3-year Beijing posting to implement the Danish bilateral climate change collaboration with China. Another 2 years in private CDM business in China brought him to his current position with URC, where he is working on climate finance, NAMAs and China-Africa relations in climate change. He is the author of Corporate Strategies and the CDM - developing country financing for developed country commitments? published in 2008.
