Gracia Paramitha
My name is Gracia Paramitha, from Indonesia. Just call me Grace. I am Master student in University of Indonesia, Jakarta, which specifically study on global environmental politics and international relations. Speaking of career, I am working with Ministry of Environment, as the staff of Bureau for Planning and International Cooperation. I also become United Nations Environmental Programme (UNEP) Global Youth Advisor on Asia Pacific Region 2011 on TUNZA Programme (www.unep.org/tunza). I like singing, traveling, reading books, writing articles, discussion, cooking, and lecturing or sharing any information. Fortunately, I just got award from K-Water and Ministry of Environment, Republic of Korea as the distinguished parliamentarian of Asia Pacific Youth Parliament for Water (APYPW: www.apypw.org)

Actually, I'm having high passion on environmental issues since 2002. I was chosen as Princess of Environment from Tunas Hijau Club, local environmental NGO in Surabaya. I've been doing garbage management in schools, give training about environmental habit, make green spaces with local government. Then, I made ECO-tainment, combining environmental issues and entertainment as the young creativity and talent in World Environmental Day, June 5th 2009. I was chosen as Climate Championship from British Council and help them for climate education programme. Fortunately, I participated UNFCCC, COP 15 as the young Indonesian delegation in Copenhagen, December 2009. I've got summer school scholarship called Study of US Institute on Global Environmental Issues from US Department of State from July-August 2010. My recent project is making short movie animation on green diplomacy, which called Mr. Good. I do believe my contribution in Global Entrepreneurship Summer School can enrich my eco-preneur skill through education, which can be practical implementation of sustainable development.
