Anne Bourdy
Anne Bourdy works as an Associate Programme Officer for the Division of Environmental Law and Conventions at UNEP. Since joining UNEP in February 2006, she has been working on compliance with and enforcement of Multilateral Environmental Agreements (MEAs). Currently, she is working on capacity building for a better implementation of MEAs from their negotiation to their translation into national law.

Prior to joining UNEP, she worked for the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs, at the permanent Mission of the French Embassy in Nairobi where she assisted the Deputy Permanent representative to the UN to follow up on UNEP and UN Habitat activities.

Anne completed her Master’s degree in Environmental Management, from Sup de Co La Rochelle, France, as well as a Master’s degree in Political Sociology, from the University of Bordeaux, France.
