Jeff Price
Dr. Jeff Price is the Senior Fellow for Climate Change and Biodiversity at UNEP-World Conservation Monitoring Centre in Cambridge, England and assistant professor in the Department of Geological and Environmental Sciences at California State University, Chico.

He was a contributor to the 2007 Nobel Peace Prize winning Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) as one of the lead authors of the IPCC Third and Fourth Assessment Reports (ecosystems) and the IPCC Technical Paper on Climate Change and Biodiversity. Dr. Price also contributed to one of the reports underlying the U.K. Governments Stern Review of the Economics of Climate Change and U.S. National Assessment on Climate Change Impacts on the United States. He was co-author of the Naturearticle Fingerprints of global warming on wild animals and plants, of the publication The Birdwatchers Guide to Global Warming as well as a number of scientific papers on the potential impacts of global warming on birds. His work has been the subject of a Steve Benson editorial cartoon and is featured in the murder mystery Death of a Songbirdby Christine Goff.
