Jim Curlin
Jim Curlin is the Information Manager of the UNEP DTIE OzonAction Programme. He is specialized in environmental information management, information systems and capacity-building to support implementation of multilateral environmental agreements. A US national based in Paris, he has worked on ozone protection issues with UNEP since the end of 1991.

He currently manages the global information clearinghouse provided by UNEP under the Multilateral Fund for the Implementation of the Montreal Protocol. Prior to UNEP, he worked for Science Applications International Corporation, an environmental consultancy firm in the Washington D.C. area, supporting USEPA's Pollution Prevention Information Clearinghouse. He also worked for a public-sector policy research and lobbying organization, the National Governor's Association, on hazardous waste information management issues.
