Eva Duer
Eva Duer works as Programme Officer in the Climate Change Law Unit of UNEPs Division of Environmental Law and Conventions (DELC). She is responsible for providing assistance to governments on legislation issues around mitigation and adaptation to Climate Change as well as with the preparation of regional and sub regional climate change negotiators workshops in the run up to UNFCCC COP15 in Copenhagen. During the past four years she worked for UNEP in different positions including as Special Assistant to the Director of the Division of Regional Cooperation and as Associate Legal Officer. Before joining UNEP Eva worked in law firms and private sector companies.

She holds a Masters of Science Degree in Law from the University of Vienna which included one year of European Law Studies in Paris (Universit Paris V Descartes), as well as an LLM in International Law from Kings College London (University of London).
