Charles Scott and Sho Scott
Climate Heroes Charles and Sho Scott are currently riding across Japan to promote cycling as a healthy alternative to driving and to encourage parents and kids to dream up their own family adventures. Their Japan bike ride is in support of the Billion Tree Campaign, a UNEP campaign to plant 7 billion trees - one for every person on the planet.

Sho Scott is 8 years old and will start 3rd grade at the United Nations International School in September 2009. He loves playing soccer, Pokemon, math and biking with his dad across Japan.

Charles Scott is a Director at Intel Capital, Intel Corporation's global venture investing group, where his investment focus includes cleantech software. He has worked in a variety of management positions at Intel over the past 12 years, and he sits on the Misys Open Carbon World Board of Advisors. He is currently on a 2-month sabbatical to bike the entire length of mainland Japan with his 8-year old son.
