Francis Njoroge
Francis Njoroge joined UNEP in 2005 and works as a ICT/web specialist in the Special Events unit of the Division of Communications and Public Information. He has been involved in organizing the World Environment Day and is part of the team that organizes various awards such as the UNEP Sasakawa Prize, the Green Star Award and the Champions of the Earth Award.

Francis previously worked with UNEP’s Division of Early Warning and Assessment (DEWA) as a UN Volunteer and UNEP’s Division of Environmental Law and Conventions (DELC).

Francis holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Nairobi and a Graduate Diploma in Management of Information Systems from Strathmore University in Nairobi.
