Javier Camargo
Javier Camargo has been Advisor of the Office of the International Affairs in the Ministry of Environment, Housing and Territorial Development since 1995.

Dependant of the Minister's Office, in charge among other things of the Montreal Protocol issues, attending since then a number of Executive Committee of the Multilateral Fund meetings and also Meeting of the Parties as government representative. He was chairman of the former Sub Committee on Project Review of the Executive Committee in 2002 and currently he is chairman of the Executive Committee during 2010.

In Colombia he works jointly with National Ozone Unit in order to implement country commitments under the Protocol taking into account national policy on air quality, waste management, post consume waste management, cleaner production among others.
