Isabell Kempf
Isabell Kempf is a poverty reduction and human rights specialist with long-standing practical experience in mainstreaming a rights based approach and poverty-environment linkages into development policies. She holds a B.A. and M.A. Honours in Politics and Economics from the University of Oxford and a Ph.D. in International Economics and Development. She has worked for the last 20 years with the UN, including UNESCO, UN-ECLAC, UN-OHCHR and UNEP and has served as Senior Regional Human Rights Adviser for the Great Lakes Region.
