Monday 6 February (Dubai) - Secretary General Kofi Annan and Mrs. Annan are greeted on arrival at Dubai International Airport by H.E. Dr. Hamad Al Midfa, Minister of Health of the UAE, and Dr. Mohammed Bin-Fahad, Chairman of the Higher Committee, Zayed International Prize for the Environment.
