  3. Recruitment processing of all levels of UNEP processing of staff contracts extensions 
  4. Processing of staff separations from the service 
  5. Processing of consultants contracts 
  6. Management of UNEP European offices staffing tables 
  7. Monitoring of UNEP staff pay-roll at UNON and UNOG 
  8. Processing of internships in accordance with respective UNEP Division decision 
  9. HRM training for UNEP staff
