This process is guided by an Advisory Committee composed of key leaders from the business community and networks accredited by UNEP, and Member State representatives. It is chaired by Prof. Paul Elkins, one of the Co-Chairs of the sixth Global Environment Outlook and Maria Mendiluce of the We Mean Business Coalition and draws membership from key business Non-Governmental Organizations such as the International Chamber of Commerce and the World Economic Forum and the We Mean Business Coalition. This Committee provides overall strategic guidance and support to the GEO for Business, playing a core role during the entire process. They also lead the resource mobilization strategy for GEO for Business to ensure project sustainability.
