The Executive Committee meetings are held at least every three months via teleconference or electronic mail with occasional face to face meetings, or more frequently, if required, to ensure the efficient functioning of the GRASP Partnership.

The first of such meetings was held on 5-6 December 2005, at UNESCO headquarters in Paris.

Between the experts meeting held in 2003 in Paris and the Intergovernmental, meeting in September 2005, an interim executive committee was in operation. Below are the minutes of its meetings.
