The Green Room is a collaborative effort by a range of partners from the UN family, the NGO community, and beyond, to communicate the central role of environmental sustainability in development planning. The eight time-bound Millennium Development Goals, which must be achieved by 2015, are all linked by an environmental thread, without which global development plans may unravel.
