There will be five categories of awardees:

1. Individuals
2. Organizations (NGOs, IGOs, academic/research institutions, etc.)
3. Donor Governments
4. Aid-Recipient Governments
5. Corporations

Winners can come from each category or multiple winners can come from a single category, depending on the results of the expert panel evaluation.
