Pursuant to the ECA Work Programme 2011-2012 developed at the ECA Nework Meeting in Belgrade, Serbia on 10-13 May 2011 the Thematic meeting on HPMP, certification & log-books for accession countries took place in Budapest, Hungary, 19-21 October 2011.
The language of the meeting was English without interpretation.
