The Bureau consists of five members: one president, three vice-presidents and one rapporteur. Before the Eight Session of AMCEN in 2000, the Bureau had five vice-presidents. The AMCEN Conference elects the Bureau to serve for the next biennium. These countries have served as members of the Bureau:
