The French Government through the embassy of France in Kenya has supported the Nairobi River Basin Programme towards the realization of its vision and mission.
The Kenyan Government is committed to the vision and mission of the Nairobi River Basin Programme.In addition to pledging ksh. 100 million towards this cause, it has given the highest priority to the programme and put in place an institutional framework for closer collaboration. Being a cross-sectoral issue, the Government has established a steering committee of permanent secretaries from 10 ministries and departments.
