| A small amount of MB is used for QPS
MB is used in the country mostly in stored products like maize, cotton, cocoa, coffee, palm kernels.
Approximately 10-12 tons of MB is being used on soil for the growing of tomatoes, pepper and palm nursery.
MB consumption in tobacco sector has successfully been phased out. It was formerly used by SITABAC for soil pre-plant treatment for tobacco seedling production and tobacco leaf fumigation. |
