Area(s) of Expertise: Ms. Artie Dubrie is from Trinidad and Tobago, she   joined the UNEP ROAP Montreal Protocol Compliance Assistance Team in May 2012 as Network Coordinator for the Pacific Islands Network.  Prior to UNEP ROAP, Ms. Dubrie was the Policy and Enforcement Officer for the UNEP ROLAC Montreal Protocol Compliance Assistance Programme (2003-2012). Before joining UNEP she was her country’s National Ozone Officer. Her academic qualifications includes: BSc in Natural Sciences (University of the West Indies); Masters in Natural Resources Management Universidad Nacional Pedro Henriquez Ureña, Dominican Republic) and Post Graduate Certificate in International Law, University of London-International Programmes.  Ms. Dubrie has over 15 years of work experience at technical and managerial levels in both in the Public and Privates Sectors. She was a member of the Trinidad and Tobago Scientific Association (TTSA) and served in the positions of the President, Secretary and Treasurer. Through the TTSA, she was involved in fostering the development of education and awareness of science and technology with particular attention towards encouraging the participation and involvement of the wider society.  She is currently reading for a post graduate diploma in International Law with the University of London International Programmes.
