We can all save energy - it's REALLY EASY! Just turn off your computers and lights and electronic things when you go to sleep. It helps a lot! (and lowers your electricity bill)

At work, take advantage of natural light to illuminate your office, try to replace part of presence meetings by remote ones and replace disposal plastic cups with mugs or thermals.

If you have a car, wash it by using a bucket instead of a hose in order to save water. Calibrate the tires and tune up your car in accordance with the car manufacturer’s recommendations. Plus, whenever you can, give rides and share your car. You reduce the pollution and share by being nice!

Let us walk, car pool or ride our bicycles. We can even engage in cleanup activities of our communities and beaches. Reduce our carbon footprints and start a revolution by each one telling someone and encouraging another to save water.

Eat food grown without artificial, chemically based pesticides, herbicides or petroleum based fertilizers. Eat that clean food that's grown in your own neighborhood, county, state, country. Keeps those polluting toxic chemicals out of our water and air.

If you can, compost vegetables, tea leaves, coffee grounds and other non-animal based foods. Composting creates healthy soil and keeps many pollutants out of our water purification process. It's easy to compost in urban settings, too.
