In 1995, the GEF Council invited STAP to finalize the recommendations on the selective review of projects. STAP's final recommendations are outlined in the document "STAP Recommendations for Selective Review of Projects". The document also outlines the principles for the selective review of projects, and the types of projects which could be reviewed.
