Workshop Goal
To increase knowledge of the impacts of climate change and to ultimately factor these impacts into UNEP’s programming, including its GEF projects.

Training Objectives

1. To strengthen technical knowledge and enhance access to relevant resources related to vulnerability and adaptation to climate change;
2. To orient participants to methods and tools currently available for the assessment of vulnerability to climate change and the integration of climate risks into project and program design (i.e., “climate-proofing”);
3. To provide hands-on training in the identification and integration of climate risks into project formulation.
