As part of the Memorandum of Understanding, UNEP and FEE are organising a joint conference on environmental education.

The conference will take place in Nairobi, Kenya on 28-29 October 2008. The official title of the conference is “The UNEP-FEE conference on cooperation and best practice for Education for Sustainable Development: The North-South Experience”.

The draft agenda includes official opening, information about UNEP and FEE’s programmes on education for sustainable development, presentations of examples of the north-south cooperation and a workshop where north and south representatives will be matched.
