The WED information kit was included
in the current international publication of the Medical Mission Sisters
and a network of Sisters on Five Continents read this yearís message. Their
work for healing, health prevention, education, amongst others, had extensive
outreach conveying the message to many people.
World Environment Day was acknowledged
at the annual colloquium at the Center for Ecology and Spirituality at
Holy Cross-in Port Burwell, Ontario, Canada. Approximately 100 attendees
attended the church in the spirit of "Our Earth ? Our Future ? Just
Save It".

An article on World Environment Day
was written in the June issue of the monthly publication entitled "Growing-up
in Santa Cruz". The Executive Directorís message was also published
in the AQUIFER ? the journal of the GroundWater Foundation.
