2020适应差距报告

联合国环境规划署第五版《适应差距报告》着眼于适应的规划、筹资和实施方面的进展,重点聚焦基于自然的解决方案。

联合国环境规划署《2020适应差距报告》发现,尽管各国在规划方面取得了进步,但仍然存在巨大的差距,特别是发展中国家的融资问题,以及适应项目是否推进至有效的阶段,能够在应对干旱、洪水和海平面上升等气候影响时真正起到保护作用。

必须紧急加大针对适应的公共和私人融资,同时加速推进适应项目的实施。基于自然的解决方案——开展因地制宜的本地行动应对气候变化等社会挑战,并通过保护、可持续管理和恢复自然/改良的生态系统来提高人类福祉并带来生物多样性惠益——必须成为优先事项。

Publication launch
