For each evaluation drafted by external consultants, the Evaluation Office prepares a quality assessment of the zero draft and final draft report. This is a tool for providing structured feedback to the evaluation consultants and also allows the Evaluation Office to track the improvements made as a result of its report quality assurance process. The quality of evaluation reports is assessed and rated against a set of criteria annexed to the evaluation terms of reference. The quality assessment of an evaluation report is annexed to the final evaluation report.
