Tracy is a Development Cooperation Professional with over 18 years of experience in environmental project management across the Caribbean.
She has worked with International Development Agencies, including UNDP, IDB, and FAO, supporting the design, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and financial management of development initiatives. A qualified Development Cooperation Specialist, she brings strong expertise in results-based management and project delivery.
Tracy holds a Master’s degree in Natural Resource Management, with a specialization in Coastal and Marine Resource Management.
Outside of her professional work, she enjoys nature and the arts, including painting, dancing, traveling, and scuba diving.
