Intersessional Meeting of the Cartagena Convention Focal Points, Regional Activity Centres (RACs), and Regional Activity Networks (RANs)

The UNEP Cartagena Convention Secretariat is pleased to announce the Virtual Intersessional Meeting of the Cartagena Convention Focal Points, Regional Activity Centres (RACs), and Regional Activity Networks (RANs), to be held virtually on 18–19 August 2026.

The meeting will provide an opportunity for Contracting Parties, Regional Activity Centres (RACs), Regional Activity Networks (RANs), and invited observers to review progress, exchange perspectives, and discuss key matters related to the implementation of the Cartagena Convention and its Protocols. 

The meeting will be conducted virtually with simultaneous interpretation in English, Spanish, and French.
